Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 346bd support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Accurate information: You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of 346bd is true, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Account verification: 346bd may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the identity, age, address, and payment method ownership of any player. Documents commonly requested include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad account used for deposits. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification. 346bd reserves the right to close accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period.

346bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 346bd does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT-denominated transactions.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the deposit interface at the time of the transaction.

Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's 346bd account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the respective mobile financial service. 346bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network issues.

Withdrawal eligibility: To be eligible to withdraw, a player must have completed all required account verification steps. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 346bd account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal processing times: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests to Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Source of funds: 346bd may at any time request evidence that the funds deposited originate from a lawful source. Players must not deposit funds that are proceeds of any unlawful activity. Where 346bd has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit originates from an unlawful source, the account will be suspended pending investigation and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

346bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general principles governing all 346bd bonuses are set out below.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses issued by 346bd carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Abuse of bonuses: 346bd reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence that the bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or via any form of coordinated bonus abuse. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at 346bd's sole discretion.
• Changes to promotions: 346bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-cycle, 346bd will use reasonable endeavours to honour bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of discontinuation.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi calendar events — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day — may be offered at 346bd's discretion. All such promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional terms stated at the time of the individual offer. All promotional amounts are denominated in BDT.

By using 346bd, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or using more than one 346bd account, whether under your own identity or under a different name, address, or payment method.
• False information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with 346bd.
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access 346bd services while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, access game content, or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not manual and personal.
• Exploiting errors: Exploiting any technical error, software fault, pricing error, or manifest mistake in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known or obvious error may be voided by 346bd.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on 346bd.
• Money laundering: Using 346bd to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any unlawful activity, or using the Platform in any manner that could constitute or facilitate money laundering.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or reversal through your payment provider in relation to a 346bd deposit. Where a chargeback is initiated, 346bd reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the disputed amount from any available balance, and pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to 346bd's systems, servers, databases, or software.

346bd reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily restricted from deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 346bd may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled wagers, confiscate any balance derived from prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

Voluntary closure: A player may request to close their 346bd account at any time by contacting 346bd support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion directly from their account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion options available at 346bd include periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and permanent exclusion. 346bd-initiated suspension: 346bd reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, where the account is subject to a fraud or security investigation, where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance, or where the integrity of the account cannot be confirmed through the verification process.

346bd-initiated closure: 346bd reserves the right to permanently close any account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, underage access, or serious prohibited conduct, 346bd reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all or part of the account balance. In all other cases of 346bd-initiated closure, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player after deduction of any amounts owed to 346bd.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 346bd will make reasonable attempts to contact the player via their registered contact details before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the remaining balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a new verification check.

346bd provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 346bd makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available continuously, securely, and free from technical faults, 346bd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

No liability for gambling losses: 346bd accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of wagering on the Platform. All betting and casino gaming involves risk, and players acknowledge that they may lose all funds deposited. 346bd strongly encourages players to set personal deposit limits and to use the Platform responsibly.

No liability for technical failures: 346bd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary Platform unavailability, game loading failures, disconnections during live play, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino game or sports bet, 346bd will use its reasonable efforts to resolve the affected wager fairly based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection.

Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 346bd's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 346bd, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Force majeure: 346bd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 346bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, government actions, natural disasters, or failures of third-party service providers.
